Return Policy

At Landacart Pakistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Return Period

• Lingerie and Sleepwear: 30 days from delivery date (must be unworn, with original tags)
• Defective Items: 30 days from delivery date

Return Conditions

• Item must be in original packaging
• Item must be unworn and in resalable condition
• All tags and labels must be intact
• Hygiene products (panties) cannot be returned due to health regulations

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Underwear and panties (hygiene reasons)
• Personal care items
• Items damaged by customer misuse
• Items with missing accessories

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
